How much does a full rewire cost?

Flats and smaller homes sit under that. You get one fixed price in writing before any work starts, so nothing grows on the invoice.
How long does a full rewire take?
Around one to two weeks for a typical three-bed home, depending on size and whether you're living in. You get a clear day-by-day schedule up front so you can plan around it.
Can we live in the property during a rewire?
Usually yes. I work room by room and keep power on overnight wherever possible. For bigger jobs it's sometimes quicker with the place empty, and I'll tell you honestly which applies.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. As an NICEIC Approved Contractor I test, certify and notify the work, so you get the proper electrical installation certificate for your records.
